Mom thinks I sleep in the strangest positions - like this one.  I like to stretch out and relax into a nap.  What is wrong with that?  Do you sleep funny too?

Al on Mancat Monday

Mom caught Al snoozing in his box on the screen porch.  Excuse the hog wire but we need to have that to keep the bears out!

We have had lots of rain here with flooding all over town.  Mom drove thru flooded roads to get to work one day over the weekend.  Pretty scary.  It has been warm and damp and none of us have much energy  - naps is good!

Two sweet friends have gone to the Bridge this weekend too - Olive from Cat Naps in Italy and Tom from Whisker Messages from a Church Cat.  Fly free dear ones - we will see you again on the other side.

Mom has to work hard to get a pic of any of us with props, never mind clothes.  Angel Joey and Angel Chica both were so easy going  that they let Mom stage pics for all the holidays.  The rest of us not so much!  Only was in hiding in his tree box so Mom just stuck the flag in there with him.  He was not too happy!

With heavy rains for all day on the 3rd and 4th, it does not look like any fireworks tonight!  Lots of flooding in our area. Wherever you are - wishing you all a safe and happy Fourth of July!

Too Many Cats???

 Pop was trying to watch TV the other night and he had to share his seat with one, two, three...wait four cats!

 Ivy was right next to him.  Then Tabitha and finally Woody. (Wherever Tabitha is, Woody is.)

And Darby was precariously perched on the arm of the sofa, behind Pop. Don't think we have enough seats in our house for us and Pop!  Do you take over the seats in your house too?

 Tabitha spots Jack our neighbor cat at the back door.  As soon as his folks leave for work, he is down at our house and spends the day here.  Tabitha is not at all happy with this arrangement!
